Engineering plastics
Engineering Plastics is a group of materials that have better mechanical and/or thermal properties than commodity plastics.
PEEK
Polyetheretherketone
A high-performance material that combines high mechanical strength with excellent temperature and chemical resistance. It is often used in demanding applications where reliability and long service life are critical.
UHMWPE
Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene
A durable material with very low friction and high impact resistance. Well-suited for applications where wear, impact, and sliding motions are important factors.
POM
Polyoxymethylene
A dimensionally stable and machinable engineering material with good mechanical properties. It is often used for precision components that require low friction and high accuracy.
PA
Polyamide
A versatile engineering material with good strength, toughness, and wear resistance. Widely used in technical components where mechanical performance and durability are required.
PC
Polycarbonate
A robust material that combines high impact resistance with good transparency. Well-suited for applications that require strength, safety, and visual inspection.
PSU
Polysulfone
An engineering plastic with high heat resistance and good mechanical properties. It is often used in environments where heat, stress, and chemical exposure place extra demands on the material.
